Matters needing attention in car headlight modification

1. Do not install the stabilizer of the car headlights next to the heating element, wires and water tank. Generally, it can be installed on the bumper with good ventilation, which can better help the heat dissipation.

2. The wiring of the stabilizer should be installed downwards. After the installation, the relays and fuses on the wire set should be exposed to facilitate replacement in the future.

3. Do not wind the high-voltage part of the ballast to avoid generating excessive magnetic fields and affecting other equipment on the car.

4. The bulb must be sealed after installation.

5. When installing the light bulb, the wiring of the special wire group should be tied with a cable tie, and do not contact with other parts, so as to avoid short circuit of the wire due to excessive temperature in the future.

6. All interfaces and fuses should be bound with electrical tape to avoid poor contact due to loosening.

7. After the car headlights are installed, use the negative pole of the dedicated wire set to adjust its position. If you encounter a car with a positive frame, the ballast must be covered with PE to work.

8. If there is no special line installed, in order to prevent the excessive current from blowing the original car fuse when the car is started, the original car control fuse should be replaced with more than 20A.
